Working with Ramsey was a great experience. From start to finish I would continously ask questions I was unsure about the home buying process. I felt the pressure on several occasions regarding paperwork, decision making and feeling confident overall. Ramsey was helpful in all of this and his sympathy and encouragement was appreciated and empowering for me to go through the motions. I have had the ability to close on my first property, (townhome) with the help of Ramsey and his colleagues and I am forever grateful. Thank you! He deserves a 5 star rating.

5 stars. I have tried to honestly think of ways you could improve or areas we felt were lacking but I can’t think of anything. You’re very knowledgeable, you make yourself available for your clients at all hours of the day (big differentiator), you’re honest about what you do and don’t know, you keep our best interests in mind, you have solid negotiation skills and relationships within the industry, I could go on. You will continue to grow as you get more years under your belt but I can say 100% honestly that we were satisfied clients from start to finish. We always felt like we were your only client, even though we weren’t. We genuinely loved working with you and hope to send many people your way in the future for the same experience.

I would rate Ramsey Sorrells 4.25/5 stars for his services as a realtor to my husband and I. Ramsey's strengths were: his eagerness and enthusiasm to help us find our ideal home; specifically he was very attentive to changing our parameters and checking in with us often to make sure he understood what we wanted in a house; Ramsey was authentically open to listening to our feedback as we refined our "wants" in a home; he took responsibility for his communication if there was a miscommunication, which is rare to find; he was very generous with his time, making himself available for regular phone calls and touring countless homes weekend after weekend with us until we found something that met what we wanted. He was very good about wanting to provide us education about the process of buying a home and it is clear he is passionate about what he does. I had let Ramsey know initially that communication was really important to me in working with someone and he took that to heart. There were a couple times he didn't include both my husband and I on communications and when I asked him to, he quickly remedied it. I felt there was a great foundation to have an open and honest working relationship. My husband and I were a little hesitant initially to take on Ramsey as our realtor due to having perhaps a little less experience than other realtors in the field. However, I don't think that was problematic at all and there weren't any times where I felt his relative lack of experience was a hindrance to his service as a realtor. If he didn't know something himself, he found out for us. The only drawbacks of working with Ramsey that we found were that after we had put our deposit on the house, had the inspection, and were just waiting for closing, Ramsey seemed more hands-off. I understand that there are teams that are responsible for other aspects of the closing process; however, I would have appreciated more responsibility for making sure these pieces came together, as it ended up being kind of messy and disorganized, not all of which is Ramsey's direct responsibility; however overseeing that various things were getting done would be nice. Ramsey did reach out to us in those few weeks to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, but we couldn't have known what to ask for because we were told people would reach out to us. One example was that he told us someone would assist us in setting up utilities for the new house. We eventually reached out to the person Ramsey said was responsible and they emailed us back a list of the utilities phone numbers to call ourselves. The list was useful, but it was not the impression we were given, that they would actually be helping us set them up, and the fact that we had to reach out to check on things ourselves was not ideal. There was a similar trend with obtaining the final numbers for the purchase of the house; we had to reach out several times and follow up to obtain it. Also (and again this is not on Ramsey directly, but rather some more communication could remedy it), some of the questions we asked to the closing team via email were responded to with responses that didn't match our situation (i.e. referencing a lender when we were a cash buyer). I liken it to making a reservation at a restaurant ahead of time and letting them know you need a special accommodation and then when you arrive at the restaurant no one seems to know anything about it. This might be a poor analogy but I think it gets the point across.

Ramsey you are very professional and you made me feel very comfortable as a 1st time home buyer. I would definitely recommend you and your team to anyone looking to buy a home I will FOREVER be grateful for all your assistance and I LOVE MY NEW HOME🥰...THANK YOU RAMSEY ‼️ 😊 🙏🏾

Ramsey is extremely hardworking and skilled at helping clients navigate the home buying process to find their perfect home! As a first time homebuyer, I felt that he guided me through the process while also making me feel empowered to drive the ship when I wanted to. He was also great at pivoting when I changed my mind (often!) to fine tune what I was looking for. He was very gracious when I invited many different family members to showings as well. No matter the curveball, Ramsey was ready and negotiated on my behalf to land me a great home at a great value!

5/5 Stars! As stated above, you made everything so simple. We genuinely had NO idea what we were doing when it came to buying a house. Every step of the way you were patient, explained things well, and in a manner that was easy to understand. We were never left feeling confused, or feeling like something wasn't communicated properly. We also had tons of fun! The whole process really felt very simple and easy to me. The only part that was stressful was the market, which none of us had any control over. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and we will definitely send any of our friends and family your way!
